Overview

Hybrid Fiber Optic Cables

Hybrid Fiber Optic Cables are specialized solutions designed to integrate optical fibers for data transmission and electrical conductors for power supply within a single, compact structure. This series streamlines network infrastructure by reducing the need for separate cabling systems, thereby lowering installation costs and management complexity.

Key Features of the Hybrid Cables:

Infrastructure Efficiency

Simplifies deployment by combining power and data into one cable structure

Robustness

High mechanical strength ensures reliability across diverse environments, from indoor offices to outdoor utility poles

Versatility

Engineered for a wide range of applications, including CCTV, Telecom Access Networks, and Smart City infrastructure

OPGW (Optical Ground Wire) Hybrid Cables

Specialized cables for high-voltage power transmission lines that combine grounding, lightning protection, and fiber communication.

  • Fiber Count: 4–96 cores (standard Single-mode).
  • Operating Temperature: -40°C to +80°C.
  • Applications: Power grid infrastructure, monitoring, and control systems.

ADSS (All-Dielectric Self-Support) Hybrid Cables

High-performance aerial cables constructed without metallic reinforcements, ideal for overhead power lines.

  • Construction: Reinforced with aramid yarns and fiberglass-reinforced plastic (FRP).
  • Durability: Equipped with PE inner/outer sheaths for extreme environmental protection.
  • Mechanical Strength: Short-term tensile strength of 4000N and crush resistance of 3000N/100mm.

Aerial Hybrid (Figure-8) Cables

Self-supporting aerial cables featuring an integrated steel messenger wire for structural integrity.

  • Fiber Count: 1–288 cores (Single/Multi-mode).
  • Design: Figure-8 configuration eliminates the need for separate support structures.
  • Performance: Reliable operation in temperatures ranging from -40°C to +70°C

Indoor Hybrid Round Cables

Designed for interior environments requiring simultaneous data connectivity and power delivery.

  • Fiber Count: 1–12 cores (standard Single-mode).
  • Safety: Available with Flame-retardant and LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen) options.
  • Mechanical Strength: 400N (long-term) and 800N (short-term) tensile strength

Outdoor Hybrid Round Cables

Ruggedized composite cables for outdoor applications such as CCTV, Smart City systems, and wireless access points.

  • Features: Waterproof design, rodent protection (armored), and high tensile strength.
  • Versatility: Suitable for duct, aerial, or direct burial installations.
  • Operating Temperature: -30°C to +60°C.
